- I was very happy with everything other than the packing. I ordered escargo shells and they were just thrown in two bags with no packing. I'm surprised I didn't receive a bunch of cracked one. the bag did open up and one fell out of the bag.

- Everything we've ever ordered from igourmet has been excellent (cheeses, pate, sausages, truffles, etc.) and their Customer Service is about the best I've ever experienced. GREAT store!

- The cookies arrived in a timely manner but they arrived all broken. I am not sure I would buy again, even though they were good because they were all broken. I could not serve these to company.
