"The most inefficient store I have ever come in contact with. I ordered a camrecorder on January 11, 2010, paid in full($149.99), but the gadget never came. My enquiry e-mails fell on deaf ears, except two emails sayting there would be delays. Three weeks later I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I am still waiting, not even the courtesy of acknowledging my e-mails,the cacellation request or sending the refund. If I don't receive any reaction from them within a week from this date, then I have to report them to the Better Business Bureau, or a possible court action. Meanwhile I have bought another camrecorder which I received within 10 days. Any suggestions????????"
