"I purchased a projection screen. It came in damaged. I followed procedure to return it for a replacement and waited 4 total weeks. In the end they sent a refund claiming the item is out of stock. It was never out of stock and is still in stock but the price went up so they put it under a different "SKU". They say I now have to pay $300 more because the current screens are from a different vendor and are under a different sku. They should have revealed this trick before I waited 4 weeks. Lies, lies and more lies. These people are fundamental cheats and they were a total waste of my time. I am a lifelong retail business owner and consumer product manufacturer, and this experience is shameful. Do not support them." |
