Big Edge Sports

 - Summary: Anxiously ordered a Bianchi open face handcuff holder and waited two weeks. After two weeks, called Big Edge Sports and was informed that my order was cancelled because that item was sold out. When asked why I was not notified about this, the women on the phone insisted that an email was sent out. I never received one. Bought the same item from another vendor for lower price and it was delivered to my front door in about a week.

 - The knife sharpener arrived quickly and works great.

 - Products received were not the items pictured on web site. Company has been unresponsive in correcting the order even after numerous emails.
