They are lazy when it comes to properly handle complaints, they take the easy way out by starting all of there letters off saying, "It saddens me, but.....", and then do nothing. They keep changing the format of their listing program, actually fixing something that is not broken, making it more confusing each time, etc. They actually need to take a concern for their customers, and not be so idiotic.
